UPPER ALLEN TWP., Cumberland County, Pa. — A Shermans Dale man is charged after he was caught stealing a surveillance camera from a property in Upper Allen Township. The property owner installed the camera after he had items stolen from his property. The camera was stolen on December 7th, 2015.

On February 1, 2016, police recovered evidence that they say showed Roger Morrison in the area of the theft, removing the camera, and attempting to open the camera.

Morrison was arrested and taken to the Cumberland County Prison on February 2, 2016, on $4500 bail. A hearing will be held before MDJ Martin on Monday February 8, 2016.
