LANCASTER, Pa. –A reward of up to $1,000 is being offered for information leading to an arrest and/or conviction in a deadly Lancaster shooting.  On February 6, 2016 around 7:13 pm, police were dispatched to Lancaster General Hospital for a report that a victim of a shooting had been brought to the emergency room by private vehicle. The victim, identified as Omaly Flores was pronounced deceased shortly after arriving at the hospital.
The shooting occurred in the 300 block S. Lime St.  The scene was secured for processing as Officers and Detectives began to canvas for evidence and witnesses.
