LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. – East Lampeter Township Police responding to a disturbance Wednesday night arrest a fugitive from New Jersey.
The fight broke out at a home in the 200 block of Millstream Road. As police investigated the incidence they discovered that among those present was Heather Ann Sherman, 22, Washington, New Jersey. Upon checking her identification it was learned that Sherman had an active arrest warrant out of New Jersey for a drug offense.
Sherman was taken into custody and charged Thursday as a Fugitive from Justice. She is awaiting an extradition hearing at Lancaster County Prison.
