HARRISBURG, Pa. – A Waynesboro man is indicted by a federal grand jury in Harrisburg for the offenses involving the sexual assault of an infant.

Evan Matthew Lawbaugh, 32, is alleged to have sexually assaulted the male infant, identified as J.H., in December 2015 and recorded and distributed the video depicting such assault.

If convicted Lawbaugh faces a mandatory 25 years in federal prison and a maximum of 50 years’, a term of supervised release following imprisonment, and a $250,000 fine.

Lawbaugh was also arrested on Child Pornography charges in 2014 and 2015.

This case was investigated by the United States Postal Inspection Service, the Pennsylvania State Police and the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General.
