MANHEIM TWP., Lancaster County, Pa. — A man already in state prison for raping a child is facing new charges today. Manheim Township Police say a criminal complaint has been filed against Phillip L. Langley, 37, formerly of New Providence and currently incarcerated at SCI Smithville in Huntingdon.

The charges are the result of an investigation that was conducted after a female reported to police that she was sexually molested by Langley at her Manheim Township residence between July 2003 and November 2006, beginning when she was 11 years old. He has been charged with: Rape of a Child; Involuntary Deviate Sexual Intercourse with a Child (two counts); Aggravated Indecent Assault of a Child; Unlawful Contact with a Minor; Indecent Assault of a Child; Corruption of Minors (two counts); and Obscene Materials and Other Sexual Materials and Performances.

Langley already was charged with child rape in Millersville, Martic Township and Manor Township.
