I-83 NB is closed due to a multi-car pileup between Strinestown and Newberrytown at mile marker 31 due to accidents. There are delays at Exit 28.
UPDATE: I-83 is now reopened.
An accident on 30 EB between Manheim Pike and PA-283 has Manheim Twp ramp closed.
