LEBANON COUNTY, Pa. – A water main break leads to a boil water advisory in the area the Quentin Riding Club in Lebanon County.
Cornwall Police Borough Police reported that a construction crew struck a water main at the intersection of Routes 72 & 419. Customers affected are in the Locust Lane area of Quentin, the Sunoco A-Plus, Quentin Riding Club and Quentin Hunt development.
It took about an hour and a half to repair the break, but water customers are urged to boil water intended for consumption until further notice.
Additional information on the boil water advisory will be released Thursday morning.
UPDATE: The water main break at SR 72 & 419 has been repaired. However, a boil water advisory remains for Locust Lane, Main Street (from Locust Lane east to Cornwall Borough line) and Quentin Hunt Development.
Water will be tested later today and updates will come at that time.
