ORRSTOWN BOROUGH, Pa.–An 18-year-old was charged with arson in connection with a Tuesday night fire that damaged a mobile home in Franklin County.

Garrett L. Hinkle, of Orrstown, was arraigned Wednesday and charged with two counts of arson, criminal mischief, causing or risking a catastrophe and recklessly endangering another person. He was taken to Franklin County Prison in lieu of $50,000 bail.
