Woman arrested after toddler found wandering alone in Steelton

STEELTON, Pa. – Steelton Borough police arrested a woman after a toddler in her care was found wandering in the street. Jessica Hoyles is charged with endangering the welfare of children after a 3 year-old was found alone along Mohn and South Front Streets.

With help from Dauphin County Children Youth, investigators were able to name the child.

Officers report this is the third time this has happened.

Hoyles was taken to the Dauphin County Judicial Center for arraignment.
