LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. – A Columbia Borough woman is sent to jail after she is caught allegedly using heroin in a restaurant restroom.
East Lampeter Township Police responded on Thursday, March 24, for a report of a male and female using heroin in the restroom of a restaurant in the 2100 block of Lincoln Highway East . When officers arrived on the scene they found 37 year old Margie Lee Snavely alone. The male suspect had been picked up by a vehicle.
Snavely was in possession of suspected heroin and paraphernalia commonly used to ingest heroin. She was also discovered to have an active warrant for bad checks.
Charges against Snavely include Possession of Heroin and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Following arraignment Snavely was sent to Lancaster County Prison on outstanding warrants.
