LITITZ, Pa. – A Denver, Lancaster County, man is behind bars after he allegedly attempted to buy opiate drugs with a forged prescription. Keith Samuel Brown, 42 was arrested by Lititz Borough Police Wednesday morning.
Police say Brown presented a forged prescription for Oxycodone to MacElroy Pharmacy, 100 East Main Street.
Charges against Brown include Forgery and Drug Violation – Fraudulent Prescription.
Following arraignment Brown was sent to Lancaster County Prison in lieu of $50,000 bail.
