LANCASTER, Pa. — Lancaster County Drug Task Force detectives arrested three alleged drug dealers in recent weeks, following investigations that uncovered sales of heroin, crack cocaine and morphine.

Shakoor Malik-Abdu Kearse, of Columbia, and Ricardo Vargas Jr., of Lancaster city, were arrested following raids that turned up quantities of drugs.

Julie Eisenhaur, of Columbia, was picked up on warrants regarding sales of morphine and Oxycodone to undercover detectives in 2014 and 2015.

Detectives, following a month-long investigation, raided Vargas’ home on South Marshall Street in March, and found 448 bags of heroin, 26 grams of crack cocaine, a gun, and $2,000 cash

The drugs had estimated street value of $5,400.

He is charged with felony drug dealing and a felony firearms charge.

He is at Lancaster County Prison on $50,000, and recently waived a preliminary hearing.

Last week, detectives searched a home in the 700 block of Plane Street, Columbia, and found 10 grams of crack cocaine, marijuana, scales and other drug-packaging supplies.

He is charged with felony drug-dealing and was jailed on $50,000 bail following arraignment last week.

Julie Eisenhaur, 49:

Eisenhaur was charged after selling morphine pills and Oxycodone pills, on separate occasions, to undercover detectives in 2014 and 2015.

She was charged with felony drug-dealing and warrants were issued for her arrest. She was taken into custody and waived preliminary hearings in late February.

All defendants are presumed innocent.
