YORK, Pa.-- Upon winning a title and gaining the public eye, and individual has the chance to make a difference in people's lives.
That is exactly what Michelle Nelson, Miss York County 2016, intends to do after earning the title. Nelson uses her influence to help people "rise above their pasts" and works with a strip club outreach program and is involved in "Unmask York ."
