LOWER PAXTON TOWNSHIP, Pa.–A Harrisburg man is now facing charges after police said he exposed himself at the Colonial Park Mall in January.
Milton D. Baltimore, 32, is charged with one count of indecent exposure. The incident happened on Jan. 18 at the mall located in Lower Paxton Township.
Mall security notified police that Baltimore was seen walking around a department store with his genitals exposed.
He is currently in Dauphin County Prison.
