MECHANICSBURG, Pa. - Statistics show, in America, there are 26,000 stillbirths each year.

"Our daughter is Emma Grace Breininger. She was born on July 22, 2014. We had a perfect beautiful pregnancy and we found out, we went in and there was not heartbeat and that was the day pretty much our world stopped," said Tiffany Breininger.
Tiffany Breininger and her husband Johnathon started the Queen B Project in their daughter's honor.
"Our organization we help grieving families who have lost an infant either through pregnancy or infancy loss. We provide care packages for hospitals," said Tiffany.
They also provide equipment to hospitals.
"We donate cuddle cots to hospitals too which is a cooling bassinet that parents can use to help spend more precious time with their child," added Tiffany.
"The very day that we delivered Lilly my husband and I both said that we knew that we would want to give back to other families and we would want to honor her until we die," said Abigail Zingone whose daughter Lilly Anna was delivered stillborn in 2013.
Zigone  is now on the Queen B board. Their organizations success impacts families as far away as Pittsburgh.
"It’s amazing. It’s the best thing that we can do moving forward because we don’t have our daughter here that we can parent, but this is the way  that we parent her, by helping other people and by having all of these people behind us to support others who are going through this too," she said.
