LANCASTER, Pa. – City police have arrested two juvenile suspects in a late evening robbery and shooting on Tuesday March 29. The incident happened just after 11 p.m. in the first block of Conestoga Street.
Responding police found the victim inside his vehicle suffering from a gunshot wound to his upper right thigh.
Through interviews and follow up investigation, Investigators identified two suspects in the case, 17 year old Wanyai Ahmere Parker, and 15 year old Dominic Sambo Hen. It was determined that Hen and Parked planned on robbing the victim and another person prior to the shooting.
After consultation with the Lancaster County District Attorney’s Office, both suspects will face charges as adults. An arrest warrant charges Parker with Aggravated Assault Robbery Criminal Conspiracy to commit Aggravated Assault and Criminal Conspiracy to commit Robbery. Hen is charged with Aggravated Assault, Robbery, Criminal Conspiracy to commit Aggravated Assault, Criminal Conspiracy to commit Robbery, Firearms not to be carried without a License, Possession of a Firearm by a Minor and two counts of Recklessly Endangering Another Person.
This morning police officers fanned out to find Parker and Hen. Parker was located at his home in the 300 block of South Marshall Street and taken into custody without incident.
Hen was located at J.P. McCaskey East HS and was taken into custody by the School Resource Officers without incident. Following arraignment both suspects were sent to Lancaster County Prison on $1 million bail each.
