COLUMBIA, Pa. – A missing teenage from Columbia, has been found safe and sound. Javier Rosario, 14, was located in the 600 block of Beaver Street in Lancaster.  Police say the boy was returned to his mother by a family member.

PREVIOUS: Police in Lancaster County are searching for a missing Columbia Borough teenager.

Javier Rosario, 14, was last seen at about 6:30 this evening riding his blue colored bicycle in the area of Rohrerstown Road and Millersville Pike.  Police say he was possibly headed to Lancaster City where he has relatives. No one has seen him since.

Rosario, who is mentally handicapped, was reported missing at about 7:20 p.m.  He is approximately 5 feet 2 inches tall and about 110 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.  He was last seen wearing a red t-shirt with “ECKO” across the chest in white letters, blue jeans and black shoes.
