HARRISBURG, Pa. – Rajawn Alee Andre Moore, 25 will stand trial on homicide charges in the shooting death of Twame Evans 24, last November.

Moore appeared in court today before Magisterial District Judge George A. Zozos for a preliminary hearing on the charges of criminal Homicide, Recklessly Endangering another Person and carrying a Firearm Without a License.

Harrisburg man headed to trial on homicide charges

Moore allegedly shot Evans on November 13, 2015, at approximately 11:20 p.m. outside of OD’s bar at the intersection of 15th and Market Streets in Harrisburg. After the shooting Moore fled the state and was arrested in February by U.S. Marshals in Florida.

At the conclusion of today’s hearing Judge Zozos bound all charges over to the Court of Common Pleas for trial.

Harrisburg Police Detective Richard Iachini is the lead investigator in this case. Chief Deputy District Attorney Johnny Baer is assigned to prosecute the case on behalf of the District Attorney’s Office.
