NEW HOLLAND, Pa. – A Garden Spot High School junior is charged after allegedly punching another student in the face. It happened on March 31.
The New Holland Police School Resource Officer was advised by an 11th grade female student that she had been punched several times in the face by another 11th grade female student while the two were in the cafeteria. The victim was treated by the school nurse.
After speaking with witnesses and reviewing surveillance video of the altercation, the SRO filed a charge of Simple Assault against the student.
She is being petitioned to Lancaster County Juvenile Court.
