WEST YORK, Pa. – A violent fight in West York Borough could lead to criminal charges against half a dozen people. Borough Police responded at about 4:51 p.m. Thursday to the the 1600 block of Clark Alley near the intersection of N. Seward Street for a report of a fight in progress.
When officers arrived on the scene, they found five people, three juvenile males and two adult males, engaged in a knock down, drag out fight. All five individuals were taken into custody and searched. Police seized a one small caliber handgun with an obliterated serial number, marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and several ski masks among another items. They also seized a Ford sedan.
A sixth juvenile accomplice was later apprehended as well.
West York Borough Police say their investigation is currently ongoing and criminal charges will be finalized in the coming days.
