Tequila ranch salmon

Fresh filet of fire grilled salmon served over a bed of rice pilaf and topped with tender baby Lima beans, honey cured crisp bacon, & our deliciously creamy tequila infused sauce.

Not only appropriate for Cinco De Mayo but Mom's going to love it on her special day as well!

Red Rita

A tropical twist on a classic margarita

Malibu red (a tequila infused coconut rum)

Cointreau

Orange juice

Lime juice

Sweet & sour

Fresh oranges and limes

Grenadine

Shake all ingredients over ice and pour into a salt rimmed glass

Blue moon

Blue coat gin

Creme de violette

Fresh squeezed lemon juice

Shake all ingredients over ice and strain into a martini glass
