LANCASTER, Pa. – Lancaster City Police seek to identify a suspect who attempted to break into a car wash coin machine. It’s the latest of a series of thefts and attempts at car washes around the region.

City police responded to Manor Auto, 850 Manor Street today after the owner reported the possible vandalism and/or theft from a coin operated machine on his property. The  machine may have been damaged over the weekend.

The owner provide police with a surveillance camera image of a suspect. He appears to be a white, possibly hispanic male with facial hair. He was wearing a light colored tee shirt and hooded sweatshirt.  The suspect also appeared to have been driving a white vehicle.
