York County man arrested for exposing himself to children

Gerald Tusing, 42

WEST YORK, Pa.–  A West York man is accused of exposing himself to a group of children.

Gerald Tusing, 42, is facing charges of Indecent Exposure and Corruption of Minors. Police say the incident happened on April 29th, in the area of West Poplar and Dewey Streets in West York, York County.

Five children, between the ages of 8 and 14-years old, told police they were playing in the area. Around 6:00 p.m., they saw a man on his second-floor porch exposing his genitals and making obscene gestures toward them.

Tusing was located and taken into custody. He was released on a $5,000 bail.
