UPPER ALLEN TOWNSHIP, Pa.– A York County man was arrested in Cumberland County, after police pulled him over for speeding.
Upper Allen Township Police say on May 5th, Jacob S. White, 21, of Dillsburg, was stopped while driving in the township. During the investigation, officers say White was found to be under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol. They also found drug paraphernalia inside his vehicle.
White was arrested and taken to Cumberland County Prison, where he is still being held. A preliminary hearing will be scheduled on a later date.
