EPHRATA, Pa.– An Adamstown man was arrested and charged Sunday after being found passed out with his legs hanging out of his car door.
Police responded to a call in the area of Second Ave. and Jefferson Rd. in Adamstown Borough to check on the well-being of a man in a vehicle. Once on the scene, police found the man passed out, with his legs hanging out of his open car door.
The male was identified as Anthony Stork, 46. He was found to be in possession of marijuana, a pipe, and various controlled substances.
After being taken into custody, Stork was released and will receive a summons for the misdemeanor charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and pharmaceutical violations.
