PENBROOK, Pa. — Police in Penbrook arrested a man they say stole items from a back porch in the borough. of a home on Hoffer Street. Police say the first suspect arrived at the home on a bicycle around 12:40pm on Wednesday, May 4th. Then he came back around 2:10pm with accomplices in a gold Honda sedan and took more stuff from the porch. About 3:40 PM on May 6th, 2016, police found one suspect near 21st and Walnut Streets. He is identified as Juan Gaston, age 37, of South 16th Street, Harrisburg. After a brief struggle he was taken into custody. He was arraigned at Dauphin County Night Court and committed to Dauphin County Prison after being unable to post bail.
