FRANKLIN COUNTY, Pa. – An Antrim Township man is behind bars charged with rape of a child. 31 year old Francisco “Chico” Javier Ramirez was arrested on the Tuesday by Pennsylvania State Police.
According to court papers Ramirez, who is also known as Victor Concenpcio Rivera, confessed to have sexually assaulted the victim, who is now 13, for years.
Charges against Ramirez include multiple counts of Rape of a Child, Aggravated Indecent of a Child, and Indecent Assault of a Person less than 13 years old.
Following arraignment he was sent to the Franklin County Jail, where he is being held without bail.
State Police say their investigation into the case continues.
