LEBANON CITY- The Lebanon City Police department confirms Edras Carrasquillo turned himself into police Thursday afternoon around 3:20PM without incident.

He will be arraigned at Lebanon County Central Booking later this evening.

Carrasquillo was wanted in connection to the murder of 28 year old Andrew Enimpah of Lebanon.

Enimpah was fatally shot in his apartment on the 1100 block of Jackson Boulevard Tuesday evening.

23-year-old Carrasquillo is a New York resident. He has been charged with Homicide and Possession of a Firearm Prohibited.

Carrasquillo fled north from the apartment on foot after the shooting and the firearm used has not been recovered.

Police recovered several bundles of Heroin from the apartment during this investigation.

Anyone with information about this incident is asked to call the Lebanon City Police Department at 717-272-2054 or Crime Stoppers at 717-270-9800.
