To take long trips by flight, it may require a couple layovers in order for the plane to refuel, and for travelers to be rerouted on another flight.
Now, a new advance has made it possible for flights to become more fuel friendly.
These designs are called Sharklets, which are wingtips that can be up to 8 feet tall.
