Two Lancaster men charged after spray painting Quality Roofing Supplies

LANCASTER, Pa.– Two men were arrested after being caught in the act of spray painting buildings at the site of Quality Roofing Supplies.

Jacob Mercer, 20 and Reynaldo Alvarado, 33, were both charged with criminal mischief and conspiracy. After being detained, it was found that Mercer was also in possession of a smoking device that led him to be charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Officers arrived to the scene at 737 Flory Mill Rd. after 2 p.m. on Saturday, and found two males in the process of spray painting the building. After taking the men into custody, they were turned over to Central Booking.
