LEBANON COUNTY, Pa. – A North Cornwall Township man wanted on an Attempted Homicide charge is back in Lebanon County. 23 year old Brandon Soboleski was arrested in Erie on May 7th.  He was found at a family member’s home and arrested on a fugitive warrant without incident.

The day before his arrest Soboleski was involved in a shooting incident in the 1300 block of Walnut Street in Lebanon.  When police arrived on the scene they found two victims both from lebanon, one 23 years old and the other a 17 year old juvenile.  The adult had an apparent gunshot wound to his mouth. The juvenile was not injured.

Charges against Soboleski include 2 counts of Attempted Homicide, 2 counts of Aggravated Assault with a Firearm and 2 counts of Recklessly Endangering Another Person.
