LEBANON, Pa.– A Lebanon man with a warrant for for his arrest was taken into custody in Erie and was returned to Lebanon County yesterday.

Brandon Soboleski, 23, was arraigned and placed in Lebanon County Correctional Facility with a $1,000,000 bail. He was found at a family member’s residence in Erie and was taken into custody.

On May 6, police responded to a report of shots fired on the 1300 block of Walnut Street. When police arrived, they found two victims, one of which had an apparent gunshot wound to the mouth and was transported to a medical facility.

Police identified the suspect as Soboleski, and charged him with 2 counts of attempted homicide, 2 counts of aggravated assault with a firearm, and 2 counts of recklessly endangering another person.
