UPDATE: Amtrak Keystone service restored

Amtrak Keystone Service has been restored between Philadelphia and Paoli after an earlier problem involving infrastructure that supports the overhead power system.

Amtrak Northeast Regional, Acela Express and other services operating on the Northeast Corridor spine between Washington, Philadelphia, New York and Boston remain unaffected.


Amtrak Keystone Service is temporarily suspended between Philadelphia and Paoli due to a problem involving infrastructure that supports the overhead power system. SEPTA trains are also affected.

Amtrak engineering forces are working as quickly and safely as possible to make the necessary repairs and resume service.

Amtrak Northeast Regional, Acela Express and other services operating on the Northeast Corridor spine between Washington, Philadelphia, New York and Boston are not affected
