GETTYSBURG, Pa. - Nine-year-olds Travis, Hunter, Zach, Matt and eight-year-old Cody make up the Eichlerberger brothers. The nine-year-olds are quadruplets. Along with their brother, they all earned their black belts at Dubb's Karate on Sunday. It took them five years to complete.

"Finally. Finally. Finally," said Hunter.

The black belt test itself took two and a half hours.

"They’re tested on a variety of things. From weapons, sparing, which they all love, self-defense, push-ups all those different things combined. Over the years they work on consistently improving those skills," said Sensei Vince Fannon.

"It’s a big accomplishment for them. As a parent, it’s always great to see anything that comes through for your kids that they worked towards and just to see that payoff is exciting for everybody," said the boys' dad Brian.

The Guinness Book of World Records organization confirms five brothers have never all received their black belt on the same day.

They are waiting for approval to see if they make it in the book.
