DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. – A mother’s suspicions about her boyfriend leads to the arrest of a Millersburg man on a Child Pornography charge.
On Wednesday, May 18th, the victim’s mother noticed that Mark Douglas Fulton, 27, had left his cellphone at home while he was at work. Due to infidelity issues in the past and present concerns, she began to check downloads and videos on Fulton’s cellphone.
She discovered a video in which Fulton had setup his cellphone to record the unknowing victim, reportedly an 11 year old girl, getting undressed and redressed in her bedroom. In the video the victim was nude as she was changing her clothing. The incident allegedly happened on May 12th. Fulton was arrested on Friday, May 20th.
In addition to the child pornography charge, Fulton is also charged with Invasion of Privacy. Following arraignment was sent to Dauphin County Prison in lieu of $50,000 bail. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for next month.
