Lemoyne man arrested on drug-related charges

LEMOYNE, Pa.– Police have arrested a Lemoyne man on drug-related charges.

Cliffton Smith II, 28, was charged with possession with intent to deliver, criminal use of a communication facility, and possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.

West Shore Regional Police began a drug investigation into a residence in the Lemoyne Borough in March. A search warrant was executed on April 15, at which time Smith II was taken into custody.

Smith II was arraigned with his bail being set at $25,000 and he was transported to Cumberland County Prison.
