DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. – Edward Mitchell, of Perry County man pleaded guilty in Dauphin County Court on Monday, May 23rd to a series of robberies in February of 2015. The robberies spanned through Lower Paxton and Susquehanna Townships in Dauphin County, as well as Enola and Hampden Townships in Cumberland County.
