2nd graffiti incident at Gov. Dick Recreation area

LEBANON COUNTY, Pa, – Cornwall Borough Police are investigating another incident of graffiti spray painted on the Observation Tower at Governor Dick Recreation area.

Defacing of property is thought to have happened Monday, May 20 between 7 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.

Hikers who were in the area at the time are assisting police in attempting to identify the person, or persons responsible.  According to borough police, arrests are pending for a vandalism incident reported on Saturday, April 30. Last month, boulders located near the Observation Tower were found covered in spray-painted graffiti.
