CARLISLE, Pa. – A Carlisle woman is accused of stealing newspapers. On May 14, at about 7:12 a.m. surveillance cameras at the CVS Pharmacy, 765 S. West Street Street showed a white female, with red hair, driving a red mid size SUV stop and get out of the vehicle and steal a bundle of newspapers sitting in front of the store.
An investigation revealed that woman to be 49 year old Patricia Cugini. She has been charged with Theft by Unlawful Taking.
