Libertarians selected former New Mexico Governor Gary Johnson as their nominee during the second round of voting on Sunday

Every election is dominated by two party candidates representing Republicans or Democrats. It’s difficult for a third-party candidate to gain any traction.

This year’s presidential race is no different, with Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton leading the way for the respective parties.
