LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. – A Pequea man is accused of stealing a Playstation 4 and then selling it for cash.
Northern Lancaster County Regional Police charged Cody Richard Hart, 23, with Theft by Unlawful Taking.
Investigators say that on Friday May 20 Hart went to a home in Penn Township and removed the game console and 5 video games valued at $700.00. He then allegedly sold the items at a local game consignment store.
