Police on scene of two separate shootings in York City

YORK, Pa. – York City Police rushed to the scene of two separate shootings in the city Thursday night. The first shooting happened at 9:14 p.m. near the intersection of South Pershing Avenue and Lafayette Street near Penn Park. Police found multiple shell casings and blood signs but no victim.

Less than an hour later police responded to another shooting in the 600 block of West Princess Street. Two people reportedly suffered gunshot wounds. Police are looking for a shooter possibly driving a van.
