However, taking 30 minutes to yourself can be a good way to keep yourself in shape.

Mindy Quesenberry from MyFitnessQuest is going to demonstrate a 40-30-20-10 exercise routine that can help keep you in shape in just 30-35 minutes. You'd begin your routine by doing 40 repetitions of an exercise before resting and reducing to 30 repetitions and so on.
