CARLISLE, Pa. – Rodney Allan Hill, 51, faces numerous charges after spitting on and threatening to shoot police officers who placed him under arrest over the weekend.
The incident began Saturday morning when police responded to a disturbance inside the McDonald’s restaurant at 608 East High Street, involving an intoxicated man. The man, later identified as Hill was yelling at employees and causing a general ruckus. Officers initially placed Hill under arrest for public drunkenness.
While he was in the back of a patrol car, Hill kicked the window and door multiple times. When officers warned him to stop, Hill spat in an officer’s face. He also threaten to shoot dead the officers on the scene.
Charges against Hill include Aggravated Assault, Assault by Prisoner, Aggravated Harassment, Terroristic Threats, Public Drunkenness, and Disorderly Conduct.
