MANHEIM TWP., Pa.– A disabled tractor trailer is causing delays and road restrictions on Route 30 westbound at the exit of Route 222.
The tractor trailer is located on the ramp to Route 222 northbound.
Officials say it will be removed after rush hour traffic has passed.
