FRANKLIN COUNTY, Pa. – A Franklin County homicide suspect is arrested in Philadelphia. Chambersburg Police had an arrest warrant for 21 year old Stefon C. Edwards on a charge of Criminal Attempt Homicide, for his involvement in a May 22nd incident involving shots fired.
Edwards was returned to Franklin County, arraigned and is being held without bail at the Franklin County Jail.
