SYMMES Twp. OH – Four hours after allegedly shooting his ex-wife outside an apartment in Symmes Township, Ohio, Edward Hopes, 60, was captured in Hebron, Kentucky.
Police responded to the shooting scene at about 1:30 p.m Tuesday. Despite being shot multiple times, the victims wounds are said to be non-life threatening.
Hopes who is from Lancaster County is charged with one count of Attempted Murder. He is currently being held in Kentucky pending an extradition hearing to Ohio.
