LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. – Northern Lancaster County Regional Police have an arrest warrant for Jayson Allan Halterman, 42,  no fixed address, and a last known address of 924 Pine Hill Road, Lititz, following a report of a robbery at the residence at 924 Pine Hill Road, in Warwick Township.

Halterman is charged with robbery and terroristic threats. The NLCRPD was dispatched to a weapons related call at that address at 9:03 pm. Wednesday night. Initial reports indicated there was both a firearm and a knife involved in incident, which was later determined to be a robbery.

Halterman is alleged to have displayed a firearm, and then placed a knife against the throat of a 32 year old female resident, forcibly taking power tools and other property from the home. At the time Halterman entered the home there were a total of four persons in the dwelling, all of whom escaped injury.

After the robbery Halterman fled the scene, NLCRPD officers searched several locations where it was indicated he may have fled, and were unable to make contact with him.

One of the home occupants, Christopher Biddy, was taken into custody by NLCRPD officers on unrelated charges.
