DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. – A fugitive with ties to a notorious street gang is arrested in Steelton Borough.
On Wednesday, Steelton police were contacted by the Pennsylvania State Police- Milton barracks in Northumberland County, in reference to a possible fugitive staying in the borough. Officers went to a home in the first block of South 4th Street where it was suspected that 21 year old Antonio Carpenter was located.
Carpenter was wanted for Kidnapping and Aggravated Assault and was to be a member of the Bloods street gang. Officers arrested Carpenter in the residence along with Damon Marciniak who was an absconder from the Pennsylvania State Parole Office.
Both men were taken to the Dauphin County Judicial Center for holding.
