Hali Flickinger, from Spring Grove in York County, is a member of the United States Olympic swimming team after she finishes second in the 200 Meter Butterfly Final with a time of 2:07:50 at the Olympic Trials in Omaha, Nebraska.
Flickinger is a member of the American team for the first time. She’s a 2012 graduate of Spring Grove High School.
The Rio 2016 Olympics begin Aug. 5 and run through Aug. 21 with swimming events scheduled from Aug. 6-13 at Olympics Aquatics Stadium at Barra Olympic Park.
